If you choose to iron on:

1. Preheat your iron to medium-high (no steam).

3. Cover it with a thin cloth or parchment paper.
   
   
4. Press the iron down firmly for 20–30 seconds.
   
   
5. Let it cool for a minute. If it lifts, repeat.
